1. Services

Maddalena Rodolfi (“the Practitioner”) provides massage therapy and somatic bodywork services, both online and in person, as well as workshops and recorded courses. These services may include, but are not limited to: touch-based bodywork, somatic practices, breathwork, movement, meditation, and educational content.

All services are intended to support self-awareness, relaxation, and general well-being.

2. Client Responsibility

By booking or purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are voluntarily participating and accept full responsibility for your physical and emotional well-being

  • You will inform the Practitioner of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or changes to your health

  • You will attend sessions in a clear and present state (not under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs)

  • You understand that the use of alcohol or drugs, or a pattern of regular use, may interfere with the effectiveness and intention of this work

By booking or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and, where applicable, the Practitioner’s Informed Consent.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The Practitioner is not a medical doctor and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any illness, disease, or mental health condition.

Services are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. You should seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

4. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participation in sessions, workshops, or use of course materials is at your own risk.

The Practitioner shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by proven negligence.

5. Bookings & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise

  • Recorded courses must be paid in full before access is granted

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full

  • If the Practitioner cancels, an alternative appointment or full refund will be offered

7. Workshops, Courses & Packages

  • Workshops, courses, and packages may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Recorded courses are non-refundable once access has been granted

  • Transfers for workshops may be offered at the Practitioner’s discretion

8. Use of Recorded Courses

Recorded courses are provided for educational and self-development purposes only.

By purchasing and accessing course materials, you acknowledge that:

  • You engage with the content independently and at your own responsibility

  • You will not undertake practices while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs

  • You are responsible for ensuring you are in a safe and appropriate environment

  • You will stop any practice if you experience discomfort

The Practitioner is not responsible for how course content is used outside of a guided session.

9. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or there is a risk of harm.

10. Data Protection
